URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR PLASTICS INDUSTRY BAHRAIN FREE RECRUITMENT
1. CNC MACHINIST
Must have ITI Machinist minimum 3-5 years experience . Operating and programming CNC / VMC machine.Thermoforming, Extruder, Rewinder, and press machine. Troubleshooting and repair.
2. TOOL ROOM TECHNICIAN
Must have Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in maintenance, repair and refurbishment of moulds dies jigs and stamping cutting tools and other tool room machines and equipment.
Experience in the operation of conventional machines and equipment preferably from the food packaging industry. Experience in fabricating moulds, Hydraulic press machines or thermoforming machines. Knowledge on application of CAD / CAM and Auto CAD software packages.
Knowledge of design specification coordination and development of new tools and moulds their installation modification and renovation of mould equipment. Experience in operation and set-up of vertical milling machine. Knowledge on the implementation of kaizen, TPS methodology and safety rules and regulation.
3. PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in plastics Technology or other Engineering Courses. At least 5 years supervisory experience in plastics manufacturing with knowledge and exposure in both extrusion and thermoforming machines.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong track record in achieving departmental objectives and targets.Above average communication skills-both verbal and written, detail-oriented and with hige level of accuracy in reports preparation and presentation. Previous experience in the GCC preferred though not necessarily an advantage.
4. MACHINE OPERATOR ( EXTRUSION )
Must have minimum Secondary school or Graduate with 3 years minimum relevant experience in operating continuous high volume production machinery in a plastic manufacturing environment ( preference will be given to applicants who have knowledge of operating similar machines in a controlled QMS operation.
Can operate sheet extrusion machines. Able to perform minor machine troubleshooting. Knowledge of and exposure to plastic raw materials such as Polystyrene ( PS ) Polyprophylene ( PP ) and PET.
5. MACHINE OPERATOR ( PRESS )
Must have minimum Secondary school or Graduate with 3 years minimum relevant experience in operating continuous high volume production machinery in a Aluminium manufacturing environment preference will be given to applicants who have knowledge of operating similar machines in a controlled QMS operation. Can operate press machines. Able to perform minor machine troubleshooting.
6. MACHINE OPERATOR ( THERMOFORMING )
Must have minimum Secondary school or Graduate 3 years minimum relevant experience in operating continuous high volume production machinery in a plastic manufacturing environment preference will be given to applicants who have knowledge of operating similar machines in a controlled QMS operation.
Can operate thermoforming machines. Able to perform minor machine troubleshooting. Knowledge of and exposure to plastic raw materials such as polystyrene ( PS ) Polyprophylene (PP ) and PET.
