Must have Degree or Diploma in instrumentation engineering shall have a min of 5-6 years of quality control and inspection experience in construction activities.
Degree/diploma in instrumentation Engineering with min. of 10 years with experience. in oil & maintenance / construction and per-commissioning activities in the large engineering & construction or ganisation work as a supervisory position.
Degree/diploma in instrumentation egg with 15 and above yars of maintenance /construction experience .and min 10years in oil and gas industry . GCC experience is preferable.

GENERAL FOREMAN / SUPERVISOR / SUPERINTENDENT
Lead in commitment .accountability. respect, enabling, and safety including character, teamwork, communication, Business sense, and vision.
Strong ability to coach and mentor others both peers and subordinates. Solid understanding and applying of MSHA and or local regulatory regulations and compliance. Proficiency in mine systems cost management and productivity enhancement.
Excellent oral & written communication skills. proficiency in the perparation of operating and capital budgets. Experienced in PC based software programs ,powerpoint ,excel word and business-based software(oracle/JDE or equivalent)
Ability to drive planning and scheduling of work and then execute on them. Define establish and set key performance indices (KPI,s)and hold groups accountable to KPI,S. Improve each group as it pertains to the operational management system(OMS)
Manage the appropriate levels of labor equipment tools supplies and materials hor each group. Identify and define high performers within the group and train and develop these salary employees for future promotional roles.
Interact and engage with 3rd party contractors and vendors manage and coordinate requirements in line with site protocols and requirements to ensure safe delivery of job scope.
QUALIFICATION: Technical or bachelors degree in mine, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering with 5+ years experience in mining industry Previous experience in mining, Construction, Petrochemical industries can also apply.
