QC INSPECTOR ( WELDING / STRUCTURAL )
BE Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years experience. Skilled in visual welding inspection, NDTs RT, UT, MT & PT, Hydro test & PWHT
CSWIP 3.1 3 years post qualification ASNT level ll for various NDT test RT, UT, MT & PT. Engineering degree in mechanical with minimum 10 years experience in quality assurance & control for oil & gas industry, 5 years of which must be in the onshore/ offshore gas facilities sector preferably in offshore.
Thorough knowledge of various international standards like ISO, ASME 1.4/B3.8/ ASME Sec- IX/ ASME SEC ll/Vlll/AWS D1.1/BS EN 10025/BSN 10225/AST STD/API 1104 etc.
Experience in QC Coordination & inspection activities during procurement, fabrication, installation, hook up & commissioning of oil & gas production facilities project.
QC/ QC COORDINATOR
Engineering Degree in Mechanical with minimum 10 years experience in Quality Assurance & Control for oil & gas industry 5 years of which must be in the onshore/ offshore gas facilities sector preferably in offshore.
Thorough knowledge of various international standards like ISO, ASME 1.4/B3.8/ ASME Sec- IX/ ASME SEC ll/ Vll/ AWS D1.1/BS EN 10025/BSN 10225/AST STD/ API 1104 etc. QA/QC documentation processes Records preparation, heat treatments, material inspections, test package preparation, piping hydro tests.
Lead coordination with client & QC Projects meeting. Skilled in visual welding inspection, NDTs RT, UT, MT & PT, Hydro test & PWHT CSWIP 3.2.2 3 year post qualification ASNT level ll for various NDT test RT, UT, MT & PT.
